Our Roadmapping Process

Audience

We'll start by identifying the audience you wish to reach through your digital campaign. You'll tell us about your existing social media channels and target audience and together we'll brainstorm strategies to connect with them.

Goals

The heart of every good digital communications strategy is well-defined goals. Do you want to grow your social media following? Increase engagement? How about promoting an upcoming event? Whatever your goal, we will set them in ways that are concise, time-based, and results-oriented.

Social Media Report Card

In this phase, we take stock of your current practices and following. From this, we can determine what is working, what isn't, and what steps to take moving forward.

Strategy Session

We love it when a strategy comes together! The final planning phase is a strategies meeting where you meet with our digital communications team (either at the SONGHEES INNOVATION CENTRE or via voice call) and we flesh out all the details of your campaign. These details include blog topics, #hashtag campaigns and strategies, graphic and video development, content calendars, language, posting time and frequency, influencer strategies, and anything else needed so your campaign can meet its goals.

Communications Report

Finally, everything discussed up to this point will be given to you in the form of a communications report. It will detail everything you need for your campaign and in-depth analysis on how to ensure your followers engage with your content. From here, you can either have Animikii continue onto the next steps of implementing the campaign or you can bring it in-house or to another agency to use. It's up to you!

How We Can Help

Custom-Written Articles

Let's face it. When it comes to driving new users to your site and developing a reputation as a thought leader in your field, nothing beats original content. Writing and sharing original content on your site, newsletter, and social media channels will not only improve overall engagement but also be an incredibly useful tool in accomplishing your digital communications goals.

When you have an idea for a blog post or news article, you'll meet with our writers, develop an outline, and we'll take it from there. We will also develop a content calendar to ensure that you have a full pipeline of content, from the articles themselves to promotional strategies, to make sure your content performs exactly how you want it to.

Communications Executive Reporting

We’ll provide a monthly communications report for your executive team that outlines the previous month’s activities and any measurable growth that happened as a result of the activities we performed for you. This may include the number of curated articles, new followers, custom content engagement, social shares and website traffic. You may use this report to send to board members, staff and even include in your organization’s annual report. This will provide birds-eye visibility into your organization’s communications activities.

Graphic Campaigns

Images and image-based campaigns garner attention and engagement from followers much more effectively than most text-based posts. Creating a custom graphic campaign allows you to showcase your organization’s own activities and builds thought leadership on social media. We will work with your team to define a strategy and objectives for an image-based, ongoing (weekly) graphic campaign and then execute it. There is some input required from your team to create these campaigns in their development, but they become evergreen content that can be used on an ongoing basis with little to no additional input from your team.

Fresh News Email Newsletter

Build your email list by providing a regular high-value email newsletter to individuals who have subscribed via your website. This goes hand-in-hand with the fresh news feed on your website (see above) where website visitors see valuable articles and opt-in to your email newsletter. If you also have another regular newsletter, you can also then send it to subscribers of this new curated email newsletter because they agree to this when they opt-in. This is a great way to be a presence in your target audience’s email inbox on a regular basis and remain top of mind. To see an example of this, please subscribe to Animikii’s weekly “News River”.

Website Updates

As an organization with an active website, you know how important it is to keep your website up-to-date. Even with an easy-to-use content management system you are just not finding the time to make the updates you know you need to be making. With our monthly website updating service, you can just send us your content and we’ll take care of adding it to the site. We’ll take the week-to-week updates off your plate so you can focus on other things.

Content Curation for Social Media

Creating custom content is not always possible (or in your budget) but sharing content from news sources is an excellent way to fill the gaps in your social media feed and show that you are staying on top of the latest trends and news. We will keep your social media full of relevant content that we will curate on your behalf every week. Just let us know the general kind of content you want to share and we’ll take it from there!

Fresh News Feed on Your Website

We will create a News page on your website that we’ll update with the content we’re curating on your social media channels. The News page adds not only daily fresh content on your site but also provides additional value to your website visitors. When combined with the newsletter, the News page and newsletter combo act as a lead magnet to build and grow your email list.

Social Media Engagement

If you’re looking to engage further on social media, we can help you grow your social media presence. We’ll look for interesting folks for you to follow and make connections that will grow your audience. This will compliment your existing social media activity and help set you up for further growth.
